Our Journey & Vision
The journey that shaped Children Japan.Starting with a sales agency business, he launched ventures such as sandwich sales within Japan, building on-the-ground operations, sales channels, and the systems needed to keep a business running.
Gained operational experience across food service, retail, sales agencies, staffing, and business support — building a ground-level foundation for driving business by looking at products, sales, staffing, and profit structure as one system.
Based around S-line LLC in the United States, launched a forwarding service and import/export support business. Involved in company setup and workflow design in Seattle and Portland, and in building out logistics and financial operations — laying the foundation for cross-border business.
Ran personal and business import agency and forwarding services, building the flow from overseas purchasing through delivery and operations for Japanese companies and individuals, while also getting involved in trade fairs and events through partnerships with consulates and local networks.
Involved in product development, manufacturing, and import sales in China, gaining hands-on experience from overseas sourcing and development to building trade flows and connecting to the Japanese market — accumulating know-how, through repeated local partnerships, on how to make a business actually work.
