Overseas programs,
with results you can explain.

We document objectives, implementation structure, value to participating companies, business meetings, and sustainability in a form you can explain for the next fiscal year.

One Team / Five Steps

From concept to final report.

When overseas programs run by local governments and public agencies end as one-off exhibitions or ceremonies, it becomes difficult to justify them for the next fiscal year or secure continued funding. We get involved from the concept stage—before objectives and structure are fixed—design value for participating companies based on field research, run on-site operations and business meetings, and compile the results into a report that carries into the next year. Below is a draft of our typical support flow (we take on the scope each project needs, and the content varies accordingly).

On-site support at the joint booth of Nagano, Mie, and Nagasaki prefectures
STEP 1

Program concept and objectives

We start hearing from you even before the target, budget, or timing is decided, and clarify the program’s purpose and expected outcomes.

STEP 2

Market and field research

We research local demand, regulations, competition, and distribution, and shape the plan into something feasible.

STEP 3

Implementation structure and participant design

We clarify the value for participating companies and design business-matching opportunities.

STEP 4

On-site operations and business meetings

We run exhibitions, business meetings, and ceremonies on site, turning meeting opportunities into results then and there.

STEP 5

Results report and next-year proposal

We compile the results into a report you can use to explain the program for the next fiscal year, and propose how to sustain it.

Furusato Iimono Expo at the São Paulo Japan Festival
Flagship Project — São Paulo Japan Festival

Furusato “Iimono” Expo

Held within the 26th São Paulo Japan Festival (approx. 200,000 visitors). We have supported it since the first edition in 2024; the second edition in 2025 grew to 104 companies from all 47 prefectures and about 1,100 visitors, including local importers, retailers, and restaurant professionals. We managed 6 booths representing 8 prefectures.

→ For the third edition in 2026, we joined as a planning and operations member.

On August 22, 2026, we held an export promotion event for Niigata Prefecture products at the NIKKEY PALACE HOTEL in São Paulo. Niigata Governor Hideyo Hanazumi took the stage, and prefectural products such as sake, rice crackers, wagyu beef, and cookware were introduced to more than 120 local food service and distribution professionals.

→ Attendance exceeded expectations by more than double, creating a major opportunity for export promotion.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can we consult you before our budget or timing is decided?

Yes. We start hearing from you even when the target, budget, and timing are undecided, beginning by clarifying the program’s purpose and expected outcomes (STEP 1).

How should we explain the benefits to participating companies?

When designing the implementation structure, we clarify the value for participating companies and position the program as a business-matching opportunity (STEP 3). Results are compiled into a report you can use for the next fiscal year, along with a proposal for continuation (STEP 5).

Do you have experience working with overseas public institutions?

Yes. Depending on what each project requires, we work with Japanese embassies and consulates abroad, overseas offices such as JETRO, local organizations and partners officially recognized by the Japanese government, and local governments and public institutions.

Tell us about your ideas—even at the earliest stage.

Target, budget, and timing can still be undecided. We will help you sort out what is known and what is yet to be decided.
