Rather than simply listing project names, we publish each case as a continuous record: what it aimed to achieve, what scope we handled, what we carried out on site, and what results followed. The cases range from partnerships with local governments and overseas public institutions to the overseas expansion of companies and producers, each with a different scope of involvement.
Furusato “Iimono” Expo
We have supported exhibitors since the first edition in 2024. The second edition in 2025 grew to 104 companies from all 47 prefectures and about 1,100 local industry visitors.

Kyodo Dinner
The Kumamoto Edition was held in February 2025 and the Hiroshima Edition in April of the same year, delivering regional cuisine, products, and the stories of producers as a single experience.

A training program in Japan in which international participants go deep into primary-industry sites such as sake breweries and seafood processing plants to experience Japanese technology, culture, and communities.

Export promotion event for Niigata products
Held in August 2026 at the NIKKEY PALACE HOTEL in São Paulo. Niigata Governor Hideyo Hanazumi took the stage, and prefectural products such as sake, rice crackers, and wagyu beef were introduced.
→ Niigata’s agricultural, forestry, and fishery exports reached a record ¥8.69 billion in FY2025.

Japan/Kyushu study tour and brand-matching meetings
For a Japan/Kyushu study tour and investment promotion program organized by the Economic Development Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government, we organized a brand-matching business meeting and supported exchange.
→ Confirmed the potential for brand partnerships between Japan and Taiwan.
Beginning in Portland, North America, in 2010, our work has spent 16 years building bridges through which value keeps circulating between Japan and the rest of the world. The cases above are part of that accumulated work.
