Turning booth operations
into a system that drives exports.
From hands-on work at the São Paulo Japan Festival to a venue where regional products from all over Japan come together. We supported exhibitors at the first and second editions, and joined the third edition in 2026 as a planning and operations member.

The journey from the beginning to export execution.
Exhibiting at the “Kumamoto” booth
Ten companies exhibited through us on consignment, and two manufacturers traveled to Brazil. Among the many booths from across Japan, we carried out promotions and business meetings for local trading companies and buyers, joined by an official from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
Expanded to 47 prefectures and 104 companies
Held within the 26th São Paulo Japan Festival (approx. 200,000 visitors). Participation grew from 40 prefectures the previous year to 104 companies from all 47 prefectures, drawing about 1,100 local importers, retailers, and restaurant professionals.
6 booths representing 8 prefectures
We managed 6 booths for 8 prefectures: Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Mie, Kanagawa, Fukui, Nagano, and Iwate. Over four days we offered tastings and samples to more than 600 people, exhibited, promoted, and negotiated around 80 products, and held business meetings and networking with more than 40 people.
From meetings to transactions
Quotations are being proposed for 26 products, of which around 10 are already moving toward export.
Joined as planning and operations member
Going beyond exhibitor support, we joined the planning and operations team, handling booth and visitor-flow design as well as on-site matching support.
1st Furusato Iimono Expo
The “1st Furusato Iimono Expo” EXPO JAPAN was newly established within the São Paulo Japan Festival, one of the largest of its kind in the world, with many booths from across Japan. At the “Kumamoto” booth, ten consignment exhibitors and two manufacturers who traveled to Brazil gave presentations and held business meetings with local trading companies, buyers, and food service professionals. After returning, we held a debriefing session in Kumamoto on August 22, 2024, inviting an official from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

2nd Furusato Iimono Expo
The 26th São Paulo Japan Festival drew about 200,000 visitors. The concurrent 2nd Furusato “Iimono” Expo became a B2B trade fair with 104 companies from all 47 prefectures, attracting about 1,100 local importers, retailers, and restaurant professionals. We managed 6 booths for 8 prefectures (Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Mie, Kanagawa, Fukui, Nagano, and Iwate), offering tastings and samples to more than 600 people over four days and exhibiting, promoting, and negotiating around 80 products. Quotations are being proposed for 26 products, of which around 10 are already moving toward export. At the reception on July 12, Nishida, dressed as a samurai, gave a speech reflecting on our involvement since two years earlier.

We don’t stop at a one-time exhibition—we build on repeated on-site support all the way to actual exports.
What matters to us is the scope we take on and what we deliver in the field. That accumulated work is what creates the next deal.
